"I've worked in so many different kinds of facilities in the past, and Andrew is unequivocally the most supportive, best place I've ever worked. I feel respected and valued every day. I work with colleagues who are all committed to our residents, to each other, and to the facility as a whole. If I there is an unscheduled emergency arising during the work day, my boss doesn't even question letting me go. My colleagues and I are all committed to one another to make sure workloads are covered during vacations and other emergencies. While it would be great to make a higher salary, I work at Andrew because it feels like family. You cannot put a price on that."
